Refund Policy

At Divkriti, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we have established this policy to address returns and exchanges fairly and efficiently.
 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
 
  • Exchange: We offer exchanges only in case of size issues. Exchanges are subject to availability of the desired size.

  • Return & Refund: Returns leading to a refund are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.

  • Exclusions: We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, or any reason other than those explicitly stated above.
     

2. Reporting Issues and Conditions
 
  • Any issue regarding size exchange, damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported to us within 48 hours of the delivery date.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Products that have been used, altered, washed, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for return or exchange.
     

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
 
  • For any claim related to damaged, defective, incorrect products, or size exchange, providing a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must start before the package is opened and clearly show the shipping label, the condition of the package before opening, and the entire process of opening the package.

  • The video must capture the condition of the product and the issue (damage, defect, incorrect item, or size discrepancy) immediately upon unboxing, without any cuts or pauses.

  • Claims cannot be processed without the mandatory unboxing video and supporting photographs.
     

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
 

To initiate a claim for a size exchange or a return for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Inform Us: Email us at info.divkriti@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. In your email, include:

    • Your Order Number.

    • A clear description of the issue (size issue, damaged, defective, or incorrect product).

    • Clear photographs showing the issue.

    • The mandatory unboxing video (you may need to upload it to a cloud service like Google Drive or YouTube and share the link).

  • Step 2: Return the Product: Once your request is approved by Divkriti, you will be instructed on how to return the product. You must ship the product back to us within 5 days of receiving our return approval.

    • For size exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

    • For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Divkriti will guide you on the return shipping process, which may include arranging a pickup or reimbursing shipping costs upon verification of the claim.

    • Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging.

    • We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking. Please share the tracking details with us once shipped.

  • Step 3: Processing: Upon receiving the returned package, we will inspect the item and verify the claim against the provided video and photographs.
     

5. Refunds
 
  • Refunds are only processed for damaged, defective, or incorrect products that were originally paid for via prepaid methods (credit card, debit card, net banking, wallets, etc.).

  • Refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment used for the purchase.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return is received and the claim is verified and approved.

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for monetary refunds. If a COD order is approved for a return (only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items), an exchange will be offered based on stock availability, or in exceptional cases where an exchange is not possible, an alternative resolution may be provided at Divkriti's discretion.
     

6. Exchanges (Size Issues)
 
  • Exchanges are offered only for size issues and are subject to the availability of the desired size.

  • Follow the steps under "How to Initiate..." within 48 hours of delivery, including the mandatory unboxing video, clearly stating it's a size exchange request.

  • Once your exchange request is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the original item back to us in unused condition with original packaging.

  • Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will ship the requested size to you (subject to availability). Divkriti will bear the shipping cost for sending the replacement size.
     

7. Order Cancellation
 
  • Orders can be cancelled only before they have been shipped from our warehouse. We usually process and ship orders within 6-24 hours of placement.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info.divkriti@gmail.com with your order number.

  • If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipping, a refund will be initiated to your original payment mode within 4-5 working days, after deducting a 5% payment gateway charge.

  • COD orders can be cancelled before shipping without any charge. We may contact you to confirm COD orders before shipping.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
