Welcome to Divkriti. We aim to process and ship your orders efficiently and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices and procedures when you make a purchase from www.divkriti.com.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days from the time the order is placed. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays in India.

2. Shipping Destinations

​

We currently ship to addresses within India.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

​

We partner with trusted third-party logistics providers to ship your orders safely and efficiently.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total value of your order, or your delivery location (pin code)].

You can view the applicable shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before making the final payment. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₹999.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

​

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time will vary depending on your location within India.

Estimated delivery times are typically between 3 to10 business days after your order has been shipped.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
For our customers in Delhi/NCR, we also provide same-day delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

​

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

6. Missed Delivery / Undeliverable Packages

​

If our shipping partner is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts (typically three), and the package remains uncollected, the package may be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment can be arranged at your request for an additional charge of ₹250 for domestic orders to cover the cost of reverse logistics and re-shipping.

Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping address details at checkout to avoid delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

​

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for eligible orders and locations.

Please note that as per our Refund and Returns Policy, COD orders are not eligible for monetary refunds. If a return is accepted for a COD order (check our refund & return policy), an exchange will be offered, or an alternative resolution provided at our discretion.
